Open to business and professional women who wish to support The National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women’s Clubs, Inc., on a national or district level.

The Northern Virginia Business & Professional Women's Club (NOVABPW) adheres to the
National Association Mandate. NOVABPW assists youth in serving as leaders for their peers through positive fellowship and shared responsibility; assists youth in understanding the relationship between leadership, education, communication skills, entrepreneurship and technology to impact and improve the quality of life in the local and global communities.
